Geodis, a French cargo company, set out to establish a leadership position by becoming a voice of transformation—highlighting one of the industry’s biggest yet overlooked problems: empty space in cargo.
Every unused cubic meter carries a cost. Trucks move partially filled, increasing emissions, inefficiency, and environmental impact across the entire system.
But this is a complex issue—one that requires collaboration between industry players, customers, and governments to solve.
The first step is visibility. Because the problem is hidden—sealed inside trucks and containers, invisible to those it affects.
To drive change, we focused on making that invisible space visible—showing how inefficiency in logistics directly impacts everyone.
